How To Make Grilled Beef And Veggie Kabobs
Before you do anything – make sure you gather up your ingredients! It’s just easier if you already have everything in front of you.
You’ll need some sirloin steak, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, squash, zucchini, red potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and some steak seasoning (although that’s completely optional).
Now that you’ve got your ingredients, wash all your vegetables and cut up the yellow squash and zucchini. Depending on the size of your potatoes, you might want to boil them on high for about 5 minutes. You only need to do this if they’re bigger than the size of a grape tomato, however.
Next, combine the salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Be sure to mix them well and then set this aside. Then, start to arrange the steak and vegetables on a metal skewer by alternating chunks of steak and vegetables.
Once you’ve done that, brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with your seasonings.
Grill the beef and vegetable kebabs over medium heat for about 12-14 minutes, making sure to turn them after about 6 minutes. Cook them until the meat is brown and veggies are nice and tender.
Serve and enjoy!
