Cook cubed chicken in 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the rest of the ingredients minus the broccoli, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until almost all of the water is absorbed.
Add broccoli and cover for 5 more minutes.
