Homemade Pancakes Topped With Mixed Berries

These easy homemade pancakes topped with mixed berries are the best tasting pancakes ever. So light and fluffy and perfect with a dollop of whipped cream and your favorite syrup.

1 ½ cups all purpose flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1/4 cup of melted butter


3 cups mixed berries chopped, washed, and dried (strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries)

whipped cream


Pre-heat your griddle to 350 degrees or your skillet to medium heat.

In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar together.

Add eggs, melted butter, and milk to the dry ingredients.

Using butter or oil, grease your cooking surface well.

Scoop the batter onto the griddle, using about 1/3 cup for each pancake.

Cook pancakes until bubbles form before flipping.

Flip and cook other side until golden brown.

Toppings: Combine chopped berries together. Pour berries over stacked pancakes and add a dollop of whipped cream and your favorite syrup.
