These Grilled Beef and Veggie Kabobs are the perfect dinner for summer grilling! They have a rich smokey flavor and absolutely perfect for backyard parties!
Wash the vegetables and cut up the yellow squash and zucchini. Boil the potatoes on high for 5 minutes if they are larger than grape tomatoes.
Combine the salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Mix well and then set aside.
Begin to arrange the steak and vegetables on the skewer by alternating chunks of steak with the vegetables. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
Grill them over medium heat for roughly 12-14 minutes, making sure to turn after 6 minutes. Cook them until meat is brown and veggies are tender.
