  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple - peeled, cored and diced
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise


  1. In small bowl mix together mayonnaise, pepper and curry.

  2. In a large bowl add the chicken, celery, onion, apple, raisins, grapes, and pecans.

  3. Fold the mayonnaise mixture into ingredients in large bowl and mix until combined.

  4. Chill several hours or overnight (to help develop the flavor) before serving.
