Chocolate Thin Mint Ice Cream

This thin mint ice cream features chunks of crispy thin mints in every bite of smooth and creamiest homemade chocolate ice cream base.

Ingredients

• Thin Mint Cookies • Heavy Whipping Cream • Sweetened Condensed Milk • Cocoa Powder • Vanilla Extract

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it reaches stiff peaks. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder and continue mixing until combined.
