Pumpkin Sheet Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

• All purpose flour • Pumpkin pie spice • Eggs • Pumpkin puree • Butter • Cream cheese • Vanilla extract

In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt. Then set aside.


In a separate large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. You can use a stand mixer or hand mixer.


Add the vanilla and pumpkin and beat to combine. Then add the eggs, one a time, beating between each addition.


Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth.


Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
