Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a springform pan. Bake for 5 minutes, then lower the oven temperature to 325°F.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until they're incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to make sure everything's well mixed.
