S'mores Cookie Bars

These fun S'mores Cookie Bars are the perfect variation to a classic campfire treat.

The gooey marshmallow fluff helps hold together two layers of chocolate chip cookie dough and a layer of crunchy graham crackers.

Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.

Next add the eggs and continue mixing until combined.

Mix in the baking powder, baking soda, and flour until no dry clumps remain.

Use a spatula to fold the chocolate chips into your cookie bar dough.

Press half of the dough into the bottom of a well-greased baking dish then top the dough with an even layer of marshmallow fluff.
