Strawberry Lemon Blondies

These buttery, soft blondies have juicy strawberry pieces and get a perfect citrus zing from fresh lemon juice.

Finished with a sweet strawberry lemon glaze on top, they're sunshine in bar form.

Ingredients

• Strawberries • All-Purpose Flour • Lemon Juice • Eggs • Sugar • Butter

First, melt the butter and let it cool slightly before whisking in the granulated sugar. Beat the two together until light and fluffy - this incorporates air for an airy crumb.

Then whisk in the eggs one at a time until fully combined. Finally, stir in the lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
