Taco Lasagna Recipe

This recipe combines layers of seasoned ground chicken (or ground beef), veggies, beans, and cheese nestled between layers of soft flour tortillas.

Ingredients

• Ground chicken • Green and red peppers • Frozen corn • Black beans • Fire-roasted diced tomatoes • Taco seasoning • Salsa • Flour tortillas

In a large skillet, sauté the ground chicken, diced peppers, and olive oil over medium heat until the meat is browned and the peppers are tender.
