Bacon Ranch Coleslaw

This creamy Bacon Ranch Coleslaw is the perfect side dish on a hot summer day. Five simple ingredients is all you need to make this easy coleslaw.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag pre-shredded coleslaw mix (chopped cabbage and carrots)
  • 5 stripes bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions

  • Place bacon in pan and cook over medium-low heat 8 to 10 minutes on stovetop until done. Once done remove from the pan and place bacon on a paper towel lined plate to dry and allow excess grease to drain. Let bacon cool then chop or crumble and set aside.
  • In a small bowl add ranch dressing, mayonnaise and white vinegar. Stir to combine.
  • Place pre-shredded coleslaw mix in large bowl and add bacon. Pour in dressing mixture and toss until it's fully incorporated.
  • Place in refrigerator and chill until ready to serve.
