Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless pork ribs
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ Tablespoons garlic powder
  • ½ Tablespoons onion powder
  • ½ Tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ to 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325℉.
  • Place the pork ribs into a 9x13” (or similar) baking dish in a single layer.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and spices together. Then use a brush or spoon to coat all sides of each rib with the mixture.
  • Bake the ribs for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the ribs reaches at least 145℉ and the ribs are tender.
  • Remove the ribs from the baking dish and place them on a large baking pan, ensuring they are not touching.
  • Coat the tops and sides of each rib with barbecue sauce.
  • Turn the oven to broil at 450℉.
  • Place the baking pan on the top rack of the oven and broil the ribs for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce is thick and sticky.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and flip the ribs over. Brush the bare side of the ribs with barbecue sauce, then return them to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the sauce is thick and sticky. You can repeat this step if you want a thicker sauce.
  • Serve the ribs warm with your favorite BBQ sides

Notes

You can use any boneless pork ribs for this recipe. I tested the recipe with regular boneless and country-style boneless pork ribs with similar results. (The ribs pictured are country-style).
Use your favorite barbecue sauce, homemade or store-bought, for this recipe. I tested this recipe with Original, Hickory and Brown Sugar sauces, and both were great!
If you have leftover ribs, let them cool completely before storing. Place them in an airtight container or wrap them tightly in aluminum foil. They'll keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
