- 4 ears of corn, shucked
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil.
Combine the melted butter and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
Shuck the corn by removing the husks and corn silk. Then rinse and dry.
Place the ears of corn on the prepared baking sheet and brush each one with the Cajun butter on both sides.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Rotate each ear halfway through baking time.
