Cajun Corn On The Cob

This roasted Cajun Corn On The Cob recipe is a easy side dish that is baked in the oven and perfectly seasoned with Cajun spiced butter for lots of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, shucked
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil.
  • Combine the melted butter and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Shuck the corn by removing the husks and corn silk. Then rinse and dry.
  • Place the ears of corn on the prepared baking sheet and brush each one with the Cajun butter on both sides.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Rotate each ear halfway through baking time.
