Easy Taco Casserole

- 2 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 1 1/2-2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 15 ounce can chili with beans
- 8 ounce tub of sour cream
- 1 cup freshly diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup drained and sliced black olives
- shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spread crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Brown ground beef and drain the fat off. Add taco seasoning then mix the salsa and chili beans in with the ground beef. Spread over tortilla chips. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives. Serve immediately.
