Easy Taco Casserole

This taco casserole is a breeze to make and is full of those Tex-Mex flavors your family loves.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2-2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa
  • 15 ounce can chili with beans
  • 8 ounce tub of sour cream
  • 1 cup freshly diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup drained and sliced black olives
  • shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Spread crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Brown ground beef and drain the fat off. Add taco seasoning then mix the salsa and chili beans in with the ground beef. Spread over tortilla chips. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives. Serve immediately.
