Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • grape tomatoes
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 5 pounds red potatoes
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the vegetables and cut up the yellow squash and zucchini. Boil the potatoes on high for 5 minutes if they are larger than grape tomatoes.
  • Combine the salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Mix well and then set aside.
  • Begin to arrange the steak and vegetables on the skewer by alternating chunks of steak with the vegetables. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Grill them over medium heat for roughly 12-14 minutes, making sure to turn after 6 minutes. Cook them until meat is brown and veggies are tender.
  • Serve and enjoy!
