- 3 cups diced ham
- 2 celery stalks, finely diced
- 3 Tablespoons finely diced red onion
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons sweet relish (or dill relish)
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Add diced ham to a food processor and pulse until the ham becomes finely minced.
Mix the minced ham with remaining ingredients until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve over buns, in wraps, or with crackers. Enjoy!
Great salad to make a day ahead.
For a lighter version, substitute the mayonnaise with nonfat Greek yogurt.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Freezing is not recommended.
