Marshmallow Fruit Salad

This quick and easy Marshmallow Fruit Salad is prepared with a mix of tropical fruit, Cool Whip, and coconut for a refreshing no-bake dessert everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 15 ounce cans mixed fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 15 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 15 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
  • ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the drained fruit cocktail, oranges, and pineapple chunks. Stir until mixed.
  • Next add in the thawed whipped topping, sweetened coconut flakes, and mini marshmallows.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

To Store: Cover the serving bowl and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Transfer any leftovers to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two days.
