- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 pound bag tater tots, cooked
- 1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
Set your oven to broil on high.
Combine the ground beef, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and red pepper flakes in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Use a spatula to break up the ground beef as it cooks. Cook for about 7 to 10 minutes until it is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain the excess grease from the pan.
Spread your tater tots on a 9x13-inch baking sheet and top them with the ground beef and cheese. Cook your Totchos for 5 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
Leftover Totchos can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
In addition to garlic powder and cumin, you can also season your ground beef with taco seasoning to get the ultimate flavor.
