Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼-⅓ cup whole milk
  • Fresh fruit or granola for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Adjust the milk to reach the desired consistency.
  • Pour the blended smoothie into your glasses for serving. Enjoy!

Notes

You can use any milk.  Almond milk creates a lighter smoothie, while whole milk makes it extra creamy and rich.
Regular yogurt can be used as a substitute for vanilla. Greek yogurt can also be used for a thicker consistency and an extra protein boost.
For a sweeter smoothie, try adding a couple of teaspoons of your sweetener of choice, such as honey, sugar, maple syrup, or date syrup.
This smoothie is best served the same day it is made. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days in a covered container.
