In microwave safe large bowl melt almond bark for 1 minute on high and stir. Continue melting at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until chocolate is completely melted.
In medium microwave safe bowl, melt white almond bark following the same instructions in step one.
Spread melted chocolate almond bark about ¼ of inch thick on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Place pretzel sticks in the shape of a spider web, using about 5-6 sticks per web. You may need to break sticks in half to fit them in.
Place melted white almond bark in a piping bag. Cut the tip off the bag then pipe lines connecting each pretzel stick in the web formation.
Add candy spiders to the center of each web and randomly around the web.
Fill in the remaining open spaces around the webs with Halloween sprinkles.
Set aside to allow the chocolate to harden.
Once the chocolate has set, use a knife to cut chocolate into pieces that resemble bark or break apart into pieces with your hands.
