- ½ cup White Sugar
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt

- ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Preheat your waffle maker.
With a spoon, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Once the wet ingredients are whisked well, pour into the middle of the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Add just under ⅔ cup of batter to your waffle maker and cook until done. Depending on your waffle maker, this may take about 3 minutes.
Top with your desired toppings, and enjoy!
The batter should be fairly thick but not too thick where it gets hard to stir or pour.
The time it takes for these waffles to cook may differ based on your waffle maker.
