Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler Recipe

This delicious Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler puts a quick and easy spin on the classic dessert. Your family will love this warm, gooey treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 12.4-ounce cans of cinnamon rolls
  • 1 21-ounce can peach pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon chia spice or cinnamon
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x13 baking dish by buttering the bottom and sides. (Not part of the butter in ingredients)
  • Take the cinnamon roll tubes, open them, separate the rolls, and set the frosting aside. Cut each roll into four pieces so you have a total of 64 pieces from the two tubes. Spread the pieces out in the baking dish evenly.
  • In a small dish, mix chia spice (or cinnamon) with sugar and sprinkle evenly over roll pieces. If using walnuts, sprinkle them over the rolls.
  • Spread peach filling over roll pieces evenly. Sprinkle brown sugar over the peaches. Drizzle the melted four tablespoons of butter over the brown sugar.
  • Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Watch that it doesn’t brown too much. Check the rolls by inserting a toothpick in the middle for doneness.
  • Remove from the oven and let the casserole cool for about 10 minutes. Drizzle included frosting over the top and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftover cobbler can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Chia spice goes well with peaches, but you can use cinnamon if you prefer.
We like to serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the hot summer months.
