Corn Rice Recipe
This delicious Corn Rice recipe is a simple side dish that combines rice, sweet corn kernels, chicken broth, and plenty of buttery goodness.

Ingredients
cup
long grain rice
(rinsed)
1½
cups
chicken broth
1
can
chicken and rice soup
½
cup
butter
½
cup
diced onion
½
cup
frozen corn
(you can use canned)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and prepare 8x8 baking dish.
Rinse the rice in a strainer until the water is no longer cloudy and runs clear.
Slice butter into ½ tablespoons slices, 16 total, and set aside.
In a large bowl add rice, chicken broth, chicken and rice soup, onion and corn, stir
together and pour into baking dish.
Add slices of butter evenly into the mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 - 40 minutes (depending on what type of rice you
use).
Remove from oven and fluff up rice with a fork.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover rice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
