- 1 cup of your favorite eggnog
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- additional nutmeg for sprinkling
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Butter 2 small ramekins well-bottoms and sides.
Beat egg with a hand or stand mixer until well mixed.
Slowly mix in eggnog.
Next add sugars and nutmeg.
Heat water in microwave for 2 minutes, pour into a small 8 inch baking dish.
Pour egg mixture carefully into small ramekins and place in round pan then pour water so that it goes halfway up the outside of the ramekins.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until a fork or knife inserted into it comes out clean.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with just a dash of nutmeg before serving.
