Creamy Grape Salad
Creamy Grape Salad is a classic recipe that my family loves! Made with green and red grapes, cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract and topped with brown sugar and pecans.

- 2 pounds seedless red grapes
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Topping Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar, light or dark
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Wash and remove any stems from grapes. Dry well and set aside.
Beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add in vanilla and mix until blended.
Add the grapes and fold in to coat. Mix thoroughly.
Place in serving bowl and cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving.
You can cut the grapes in half to make it easier to serve. Whole grapes are considered a choking hazard for children and the elderly.
This grape salad tastes best when prepared and served the same day. I like to make it the morning I plan to serve it and let it chill in the refrigerator until I am ready to serve. Allow at least 3 to 4 hours of chill time for best flavor.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
