Gingerbread Cream Cheese Dip

Gingerbread Cream Cheese Dip is a delicious holiday dessert that is easy to make. Perfect served with graham crackers or ginger snaps for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips for garnishing
  • Cookies or graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese and whipped cream. 
  • Add brown sugar and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until dip is completely smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and garnish with chocolate chips. 
  • Serve with cookies and enjoy!
