Place the pork butt in the bowl of the Instant Pot.
Season with BBQ seasoning. (If you time you can add your rub to your cut pork butt and seal it in a bag to let it marinate for 30 minutes to an hour before adding to Instant Pot to allow for maximum flavor.)
In a small bowl or large measuring cup, combine the BBQ sauce, beef broth, and vinegar. Stir to mix. Pour the mixture over the top of the meat.
Lock lid in place. Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook (high pressure) for 35 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then do a quick release. Carefully remove the lid after all the pressure is released.
Remove the meat from the pot and shred it. Drain half the liquid from the Instant pot. Place the shredded pork back in the pot and add the remaining BBQ sauce. Stir to combine.
