- 8 ounce cream cheese (room temp)
- 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup cup water
In a medium bowl add cream cheese, hot sauce, sour cream, and garlic.
Mix until well blended.
Stir in the rotisserie chicken.
Add 1/2 cup cheese, stirring until everything is well blended.
Spoon into a Instant Pot baking dish.
Top with the rest of the cheese.
Cover with foil.
Place a trivet at the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Add your water to the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Place the buffalo chicken dip baking dish on top of your trivet in your Instant Pot.
Set to manual for 7 minutes.
Natural release.
