Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup cup water

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add cream cheese, hot sauce, sour cream, and garlic.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Stir in the rotisserie chicken.
  • Add 1/2 cup cheese, stirring until everything is well blended.
  • Spoon into a Instant Pot baking dish.
  • Top with the rest of the cheese.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Place a trivet at the bottom of your Instant Pot.
  • Add your water to the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  • Place the buffalo chicken dip baking dish on top of your trivet in your Instant Pot.
  • Set to manual for 7 minutes.
  • Natural release.
