Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip
We love Buffalo Chicken Dip and this Instant Pot version is so easy to make. I use my Instant Pot and Slow Cooker all the time. They are two of my favorite kitchen appliances to get dinner on the table.
The slow cooker is great to use when you plan ahead. Put dinner in before you leave for the day and come back to dinner ready to eat. The Instant Pot is great for when you didn't plan ahead. You can still get a delicious dinner on the table quickly.
This Buffalo Chicken Dip is great served with crackers, crusty bread, celery or tortilla chips.

How to Make Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip Appetizer
Ingredient List:
1- 8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 C Frank’s® RedHot Original Sauce
1/2 C sour cream
2 tsp garlic powder
2 C shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
1 1/2 C shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/4 cup water
Mix together the cream cheese, hot sauce, sour cream, and garlic. Add in the rotisserie chicken and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir until everything is well blended.
Spoon into a Instant Pot baking dish and add the rest of the cheese. Cover with foil. Place a trivet at the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Add your water to the bottom of the Instant Pot. Place the buffalo chicken dip baking dish on top of your trivet in your Instant Pot and set to manual for 7 minutes. Do a natural release.
We like to garnish with green onions. So good!

Instructions
- In a medium bowl add cream cheese, hot sauce, sour cream, and garlic.
- Mix until well blended.
- Stir in the rotisserie chicken.
- Add 1/2 cup cheese, stirring until everything is well blended.
- Spoon into a Instant Pot baking dish.
- Top with the rest of the cheese.
- Cover with foil.
- Place a trivet at the bottom of your Instant Pot.
- Add your water to the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Place the buffalo chicken dip baking dish on top of your trivet in your Instant Pot.
- Set to manual for 7 minutes.
- Natural release.
