This No Bake Turtle Cheesecake is a creamy and crunchy dessert that is a breeze to make! The velvety cream cheese filling in a graham cracker crust is topped with chocolate and caramel syrup and sprinkled with pecans to create a dish that is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pecan Pie Crust or graham cracker crust
  • 8 ounce Block Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounce Container Cool Whip
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Caramel Syrup
  • ¼ cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined. The mixture should be smooth and creamy.
  • Use a rubber spatula to fold in Cool Whip.
  • Pour the filling into the pie crust and then smooth out the top with a spoon.
  • Top with chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, and chopped pecans
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Notes

If you have any leftovers, store them in the refrigerator. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
