are quick and easy with only five wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a quick breakfast or protein packed snack.

Ingredients

cups
old-fashioned oats
1
cup
creamy peanut butter (or nut butter)
⅓
cup
honey
½
cup
coconut flakes
1
cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix until everything is combined well.
Cover with a lid and put in refrigerator for one hour.
Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball and place on your prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the dough has been used.
Place balls in the refrigerator for one hour to set.
Once set transfer balls to airtight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
