Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

These no bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls are quick and easy with only five wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a quick breakfast or protein packed snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (or nut butter)
  • cup honey
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix until everything is combined well.
  • Cover with a lid and put in refrigerator for one hour.
  • Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball and place on your prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the dough has been used.
  • Place balls in the refrigerator for one hour to set.
  • Once set transfer balls to airtight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
