Ingredients

  • 2 pound bag frozen tater tots, cooked
  • 16 ounce package BBQ pulled pork
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook your pulled pork according to package directions.
  • Follow the package directions to cook your tater tots in the oven or air fryer.
  • Set your oven to broil on high.
  • While the oven is heating up, spread your cooked tater tots into a single layer on a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Top the tater tots with the cooked pulled pork and top with cheddar cheese.
  • Cook your totchos for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
  • You can top your totchos with diced green onions. Other great toppings are extra BBQ sauce, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

These totchos are best served fresh, as they will lose their crispness if reheated. However, leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
I recommend reheating them in an air fryer, if you have one, to retain the same texture and crispiness as when you first made them. You can heat them up for 5 minutes at 350°F.
