Ranch Taco Dip

This easy creamy Ranch Taco Dip is a delicious combination of flavors and is perfect for dipping with crunchy tortilla chips, Frito scoops or crispy fresh vegetables!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • cup water
  • 10.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cup fiesta blend shredded cheese

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat brown the ground beef until done. Drain any grease from skillet.
  • Next add the taco seasoning, water, and tomatoes with green chilies to the ground beef and stir to combine. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Once the sauce has thickened add in the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese.
  • Cook over medium low heat until the cream cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended well. Stirring often to avoid clumps.
  • Once done transfer to serving dish and garnish with your favorite toppings.
