Slow Cooker Beef Tips Recipe

These easy slow cooker beef tips are made with simple ingredients and a few minutes of prep work for a delicious comfort food dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Top Sirloin (cubed)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Arrange the beef in the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with the chopped onions.
  • Combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, and cornstarch. Pour over the top of the beef.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the beef is cooked through and the gravy is thickened.

Notes

To store leftovers, transfer the beef tips and gravy to an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to 3 days.
