In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix using an electric hand mixer or large whisk. Mix the ingredients together for about 5 minutes, or until thick and creamy. Cover with plastic wrap and transfer the bowl to the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
In a separate medium sized bowl, whisk the cream and sugar together using an electric hand mixer on high speed until the cream forms stiff peaks.
Pour a thin layer of crushed graham cracker into the bottom of each mason jar. Remove the pudding from the fridge and place a few spoonful's in each mason jar.
Top the pudding with a layer of marshmallows, more pudding, and a generous amount of whipped cream.

If you are not serving these parfaits immediately, they should be covered with lids or plastic wrap and stored in the refrigerator.
