- 32 ounce bag tater tots, cooked
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese
Begin by cooking your tater tots if you haven’t already. Set them aside.
