- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 1 cup orange juice, pulp free
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
Top with additional sliced kiwi. (optional)
To make more smoothies you can double or triple the ingredients.
If desired you can sweeten the smoothie by adding honey, maple syrup, sugar or your preferred sweetener of choice.
