Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons dry hot chocolate mix
  • 5 Tablespoons whipping cream
  • 3 cups milk (white or chocolate)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer on medium speed with the whisk attachment, whisk together hot chocolate mix and heavy cream until stiff and creamy.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until just warm.
  • Pour warm milk into your favorite glass and top with whipped hot chocolate mixture.
  • Optional: Garnish with mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, or crushed candy canes.

Notes

The cream needs to be very cold to whip properly.
