What Is Quick Bread?

Quick bread is a bread recipe made without yeast and instead uses leavening agents like baking soda and baking powder.

Quick breads do not need to be proofed or kneaded so they are quicker to make. The texture of quick breads is similar to muffins.

Another delicious quick bread recipe that is amazing is our Glazed Strawberry Bread.
