No Bake Desserts are my favorite desserts to make in the summer when it’s hot and humid outside and I don’t want to turn on the oven.

This one is layers of deliciousness on top of a graham cracker crust. It’s a cool and refreshing dessert for hot summer days.

This creamy dessert is one you can make the night before and serve the next day. You don’t have to freeze it because there is no ice cream. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve. To keep the bananas from browning you can lightly toss them with lemon juice or pineapple juice.

    1. Hi Madelyn! You can leave the pineapple out. Someone commented on my Pinterest Pin that they left the pineapple out and added Strawberries instead because that’s what they preferred. So you can definitely make it to your preference. Hope you enjoy it!

      1. Hi Trish, I have not tried using the prepared graham cracker crusts but I think that would work. It would probably fill 2 of the round ones. If you try it let us know!

  2. I used crushed Oreo’s or butterfinger cookies and instead of using 9×13 pan, I used 2 pie pans. One to eat right away and the other went in the freezer for another day.
