Shrimp Foil Packets Can Be Cooked In The Oven
If you don't have a grill or prefer to cook indoors you can cook the foil packets in the oven. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place foil packets on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
How To Make Foil Packets
Using foil packets makes clean-up so easy! When making foil packets I recommend using heavy duty foil. If you don't have heavy duty foil then double wrap your packet to keep it from ripping.
Take a square piece of heavy duty foil and place your ingredients in the center of the aluminum foil sheet. Next bring the long sides together in the center and crease the pieces together, folding in a downward motion until the foil is flat against the packet’s top, leaving a little space for steam to gather.
Then you will fold the shorter sides inward in the same manner. This is how you seal the packets closed.
When your foil packet is done cooking it will have steam in it, so be very careful opening it!

Poke the red potatoes twice with a fork and place them in the microwave. Cooking time will vary depending on the size of your potatoes but I usually do 4 to 5 minutes. This allows the potatoes to start cooking and will ensure they are fully cooked when you remove them from the grill.
