How To Make Pumpkin Maple Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large baking dish, set aside. For easy clean up just add a little oil to a paper towel and coat the sides well.

You can chop your bread or make it easy on yourself and just tear it into small bite sized pieces, save yourself cleaning the knife and tear the bread.

  • 5 cups day old bread
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp Maple extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Maple syrup for drizzling
