We love chili in the fall and winter months! This chili recipe is easy to make and delicious. If we have any leftover we serve it the next night with hot dogs. This makes really good chili dogs.
Easy Chili Recipe
1 pound ground beef
1 package (1.75 ounce) French’s Original chili-O Seasoning mix
1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 ounce) Petite Diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (16 ounce) Chili beans with Medium sauce, undrained
2 cans (16 ounce) Chili beans with Mild sauce, undrained
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat.
Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and beans.
Bring to a boil. Stir frequently.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Serve with your favorite toppings. I love cheese in mine!
