Easy 20 Minute Spicy Thai Noodles

These Spicy Thai Noodles are so easy to make at home and sometimes I like to add shrimp or chicken to them. I usually use a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time.

This Thai-inspired dish may not be truly authentic but it is delicious and everyone loves it.

Thai noodles can be served hot, cold or at room temperature. They are packed with flavor!
