I love gravy with Turkey. I'm one of those people that drowns the Turkey and mashed potatoes in gravy and then dips their roll in it to soak it all up. So good!

Instant Pot Herbed Turkey Gravy Ingredients
To make this delicious Instant Pot Herbed Turkey Gravy you will need turkey stock (preferably fresh stock from cooking turkey or turkey breast in Instant Pot, juices strained), butter, flour, fresh thyme and rosemary.
4 cups turkey stock
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 sprig rosemary
How To Make Instant Pot Herbed Turkey Gravy
If using fresh stock, strain before using.
Turn the Instant Pot on saute mode and add butter and flour to the inner pot. (For a thicker gravy, use an additional tablespoon of flour). Stir to combine well. Add in the fresh herbs. Pour in the turkey stock and stir until smooth. Turn saute mode off.
Close the instant pot lid and turn pressure valve to seal. Cook on manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
Allow for a quick pressure release and then stir gravy. For additional thickening, turn back on to saute mode and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve this Instant Pot Herbed Gravy over a delicious Turkey Breast and mashed potatoes.
