To make these delicious Pumpkin Spice Blondie Bites you will need pumpkin pie spice, light brown sugar, vanilla, butter, salt, egg, and all purpose flour.
Pumpkin Spice Blondie Bites Icing Ingredients
To make the Pumpkin Spice Blondie Bites icing you will need one can cream cheese frosting and pumpkin pie spice.
How To Make Pumpkin Spice Blondie Bites
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together all of the Blondie ingredients until fully combined.
- Spray mini muffin cups with nonstick spray.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups filling cups about two thirds of the way.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing the Blondies from the muffin cups.
- Cool the Blondies completely before frosting.
- Spoon the frosting into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
- Pipe frosting onto the Blondies.
- Sprinkle pumpkin spice on top of the frosting.
Tips On Making Pumpkin Spice Blondie Bites
- Make sure they are completely cooled before adding frosting to prevent frosting from melting.
- You could add mini butterscotch chips, cinnamon chips, white chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips to the batter before baking.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 12 ounce can cream cheese frosting
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
