These Rolo Chocolate Chip Cookie bars are so easy to make using chocolate chip cookie mix, vanilla pudding, butter, egg and chopped up Rolo caramel candies. So much flavor in each bite!
Ingredients

- Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- egg
- softened unsalted butter
- box vanilla instant pudding mix
- chopped up rolos + a few extra for decorating the top
How To Make Rolo Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare an 8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or you can line the pan with foil and spray that with non stick spray.
Add the cookie mix, pudding mix, softened butter and egg in a large bowl and mix together until everything is combined. It should look similar to soft cookie dough.
Next gently stir in the chopped up Rolos.
Pour the mixture into your prepared pan. Evenly press it out and top with the extra Rolos.
Bake for about 30 minutes until the sides are golden brown.
Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
Recipe Baking Tips
Soften the butter to room temperature before using to make it easier to blend with other ingredients.
Be careful and don't over mix. You can use a hand mixer or spoon to mix your ingredients. But mix just until all ingredients are combined.
Don't over bake. Oven baking times can vary. Bake for about 27 to 30 minutes. Just until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
