  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 tablespoons orange peel
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice

How To Make Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce

Making the Cranberry Sauce in your Instant Pot will free up the stove for preparing other holiday dishes and the Instant Pot does all the work for you.

Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce Cooking Steps

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in inner pot of the Instant Pot. Close the Instant Pot lid and turn pressure valve to seal.
Step 2: Cook on manual high pressure for 6 minutes. Allow for a natural pressure release for 6 minutes. Once pressure has released and valve has dropped then carefully remove the lid.
Step 3: Remove cinnamon stick and stir cranberry sauce.
Step 4: Mash lightly. Chill before serving.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in inner pot of the Instant Pot and stir to combine.. 

  2. Close and lock the Instant Pot lid and turn pressure valve to seal.

  3. Cook on manual high pressure for 6 minutes.

  4. Allow for a natural pressure release for 6 minutes. 

  5. Once pressure has released and valve has dropped then carefully remove the lid.

  6. Remove cinnamon stick and stir. Mash lightly.

  7. Chill for several hours before serving.
